Currencies & Payment OptionsWe try to offer several currencies and payment options that you can use to pay our products. Please take a while to select the best for you among the ones that we accept. Do not send any money if we have not confirmed the availability of your order and the payment method. CurrenciesWhatever the payment method, you will be charged in your own currency and we will be paid in our own. The intermediate banks make the exchange and keep the difference. In this website all our prices are published in a virtual currency called Real Worldwide Currency (= ƒ = RWC). This is not a legal tender and so, it's not subject to continuous fluctuations in the world money market. Should you like knowing the prices in your own currency you will have to acquiesce in an approximation as none of the known payment methods allow to foretell the exact amount [1]. But the use of the virtual currency and its corresponding exchange rates, reduces the uncertainty of the total cost in your currency. We display rates in different currencies to be used only as a good approximation to your real cost. We update them from time to time. Actual conversions are carried out by the customer's financial institution at their own conversion rates. The latest published exchange rates valid on May 20th, 2013 are:
[1] You can have a rough idea of the exchange rate consulting at any exchange office, newspaper or through internet. If you want to know why we cannot apply exactly those rates, please, consult this page: [Currency Exchange Rates]. Payment OptionsWe accept several payment methods. See below the pros and cons of each one and choose the best for you. All transactions made through our website will be carried out in EUROS (= € = EUR) at the exchange rate on the date in which we accept your order. Payments made in cash in our premises can also be carried in Sterling pounds. Since you put the order until we accept and confirm it later on, the Euro exchange rate can have changed favourably or adversely to you. We will apply automatically the new rate if it is favourable to you. If the new rate is unfavourable in less than a 5%, we will honour the previous rate. But if the new rate is unfavourable to you in more than a 5% we will contact you before accepting the order, so you can change your decision. Should you need an estimate or pro-forma invoice with fixed price, please contact us Pros and cons of the payment methodsIt is very difficult to recommend one method of payment because it depends on many factors and which is best for one customer can be worse for other one. Whichever method you choose, there will be cost of currency exchange and cost of remittance of the money. These costs are highly dependable on your bank, country, etc. Bank transfer (Direct Deposit)Sending the money directly to our bank account is, in most cases, the cheapest and quickest system (please check it because is highly dependable on the prices that your bank will charge you for this service). This can be done in two ways: directly in cash in the offices of our bank (usually without any expense) or transferring the funds from your bank. We do not accept transfers with some due expenses. We need to be paid for the exact total amount of the order, so do not forget to explicitly tell your banker that you want to pay all the charges of the transaction. We offer a 5.0% discount on the stated product prices if you pay sending the money directly to our bank account in euros and, being everything correct, we do not have to intervene in the process of collection. Obviously, we will confirm previously the amount and other details. This discount is only applicable to the product prices and cannot be accumulated with any other discount, offer or promotion. Shipping cost will be invoiced at the standard price according to the destination zone. For more information and conditions read also this page. To avoid any problem, please, give to your bank all our details, particularly the BIC and IBAN (international format codes of our bank and account). Send us a copy of the confirmation or receipt of the transfer by fax or email.
Money orderWith this system you send the money to our premises instead to our bank and so, it is restricted to agent’s availability and hours of operation. Unfortunately, there is not any known agent of other companies nearby, and so only Western Union, MoneyGram and Postal giros can be accepted. Postal giros are usually cheap but slow. They deliver the money directly in our premises. Western Union, MoneyGram and other companies do not send to our premises but to their agents' offices. When you send the money they give you a code of the transaction. Then, you have to communicate this code to us and with it we can go to the agent's office to receive the money. This system turns out to be quite embarrassing for us. But can be convenient for you as you don’t need a bank account or credit card, and depending on the origin and destination can be cheap. Remember to consult not only the cost of the transfer fees but also the currency exchange rate set by the company. We do not accept transfers with some due expenses. We need to be paid for the exact total amount of the order, so do not forget to explicitly tell the company that you want to pay all the charges of the transaction. We offer a 3.0% discount on the stated product prices if you pay sending the money in euros and, being everything correct, we do not have to intervene in the process of collection. Obviously, we will confirm previously the amount and other details. This discount is only applicable to the product prices and cannot be accumulated with any other discount, offer or promotion. Shipping cost will be invoiced at the standard price according to the destination zone. For more information and conditions read also this page.

Credit CardPaying with credit card is quick and easy. They apply a good exchange rate if you pay in different currency and they do not usually apply any commission when paying in the same currency. Your bank or financial institution may apply conversion charges. We offer a 3.5% discount on the stated product prices if you pay in euros with this method. Obviously, we will confirm previously the amount and other details. This discount is only applicable to the product prices and cannot be accumulated with any other discount, offer or promotion. Shipping cost will be invoiced at the standard price according to the destination zone. For more information and conditions read also this page.

card details? We have developed a completely secure 2-message system that you can use to pay our products with the card without having to enter your complete card number on the Internet. We need, of course, all the card details, but you do not have to send them in one, but in two complementary messages. 1 - When filling out the Order Form, enter just half of the credit card number and expiry date . Put some X's where the information is missing. For example:
Send your order by email, post or fax (see our addresses) 2 - Use preferably a different way to send another message but this time with the lacking card information (the previous X's): if the first one was sent by email, the second one can be sent by fax. Include again a copy of the order, which gives us a way to track your order . In our example:
Card Security Code The CSC is a 3 or 4 digit value printed on the card, but not available on the magnetic stripe. Supplying this code in a transaction is intended to verify that the customer has the card in their physical possession and is not using a stolen credit card number. For Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards For American Express Cards
More security CashWe offer a 4.0% discount on the stated product prices if you pay in euros with this method. Obviously, we will confirm previously the amount and other details. This discount is only applicable to the product prices and cannot be accumulated with any other discount, offer or promotion. Shipping cost, if applicable, will be invoiced at the standard price according to the destination zone. For more information and conditions read also this page.
Cash on delivery (COD)This system has for you the advantage that you do not pay until you receive the product. But it also has two disadvantages: you have to pay in cash and it can be quite expensive for some destinations both regarding the currency exchange rate and the remittance of the money. The extra costs of the COD system will be charged to you in addition to the total of the order. In most cases the extra cost will be of about 1%-5% of the price but you could save quite the same amount in the costs of transferring the money. It is not possible to send COD to all destinations, nor for big amounts.
ChequeThis is probably the most expensive and sluggish method for foreign customers. That's why we only accept cheques in euros if drawn on a bank with an Spanish address. Paying by cheque causes a delay because we don't begin to process your order until your payment has been processed and the funds have cleared. Don't forget...
Other Internet platformsWith these systems (Verysign...), you pay with your credit card, but because of the encryption of the messages, the advantage for you is that we do not get your card details and it is very difficult that anybody could get them and do a fraudulent use of it. This is a very good system when you buy something to a unknown particular or company, but you have to assume the charge of an additional intermediary, usually between 3% to 5% or even more.
