Only for European Union  customers: Unfortunately for Duty and Tax reasons we are unable to offer our 'on approval' service to customers outside the European Union  but customers worldwide still have the very valuable benefit of the comprehensive RWC guarantee.

The Renaissance Workshop Company offers a comprehensive 'on approval' service for all instruments. Let us know your requirements by letter, telephone, fax or email. The instrument will be sent for a ten day trial period, fully insured on your behalf, perhaps giving you time to take them to your teacher or try them out in consort. All we ask is that you provide some security either in the form of a cheque or by quoting your cretit card number. Neither the cheque nor the credit card will be presented for payment until you have made your choice and have instructed us.

If the 'on approval' instruments is returned, we simply ask that you cover the postage, insurance and packing costs and pay an administration charge of five pounds sterling.
